Self- Confidence is a key source of light for any person. Its process begins at birth. It includes both positive and negative responses. In this path, the analysis of attitude at the right time shows one's inner ability to take decisions. 

Such inner ability passes through the path called understanding. Understanding shows deep concept towards the light of knowledge. Well organized actions through the chain of thoughts help one to concentrate on one point rather than focussing on several tasks. Therefore, thinking plays a key role which helps us to take a single step in the journey of life.

One wants to enter into existence which is interesting and enjoyable if we want. But we are far behind this due to building a wall of negative energies around us which takes far away from this beautiful world.

Every person has a separate path to walk on. And has different choices and actions. Here self-belief enters as the captain of life. It decides where human wants to go in the future. For this, one should be self-aware in the presence of one's own feelings and emotions.

At a time, when a soul enters into the material world, one is pure by thoughts. One is fully about one's own strength. Until 5 years of age, one is fully confident internally as well as externally. But as time passes, one needs someone who guides him.

It tells us mistakes which we made during the whole day that acts as an alarm. Because the mirror is the best friend in life. You are in any situation. You just tell it. It replied very honestly and clear all our doubts. It transforms you into the original product. 

For actively acting your role on a challenging stage, take a deep breath and hold it as much as you can. During this process focus on an activity which you are acting in the upcoming minute. After that slowly exhale it. Do it five minutes at a time. If you continuously do this for a couple of months. You will see a bigger change in yourself.

Methods to Increase Your Confidence in life

Let's dive into the first method of Positive thinking. It is the initial process to start a journey of life. But if you include positive actions also. It will work faster than before. But the question arises how? The only solution is to plan your day and act according to it. Start your day with a positive thought.

In this process, you master your breath. Confidence is like a breath. You master your breath. As once breath goes out and never comes back. We called a named death. In the same way, once you lose your self-reliance, you lose the strength of performing on the stage of life.

One's level of confidence depends on several factors like one's thought process, body language, way of speaking, way of engaging with others, way of listening, etc. Look at the comparison rate while evaluating yourself under the roof of self-confidence.
